Briefly describe what happened and what you expected. Please include the app version, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. You can attach a screenshot if useful; remove any private information first.

Your saved game

Reel Haven stores your progress and gameplay statistics locally on your device. There is no account and the app does not sync your game to the cloud.

If something is wrong with your saved game, please get in touch before deleting or reinstalling the app. Without an existing device backup, a deleted local save cannot be restored; no copy is held on a support server.

Fish offline

You do not need an internet connection to play. Opening this website or sending an email uses your device’s connection.
